An Any Day pass is valid any open day this summer.

Sandspit is a pay-as-you-go park so you only have to pay if you are going on the rides.

You have up until 24 hours in advance of your booked passes to reschedule your pass. So if your passes are for Friday at 10am, you have until Thursday at 10am to decide if you want to reschedule. You will need to Create an Account to reschedule. If you do not reschedule by 10am, your passes remain valid for that day. 

Maritime Fun Group reserves the right to close the park due to weather conditions.  If the decision to close the facility is made prior to the facility opening for the day all guests with existing reservations will be notified by e-mail and SMS and be permitted to rebook.  We will also post up to date information on our social media platforms. 

In the event we are forced to close the facility in the middle of the operating day due to extreme weather and that weather persists for more than one hour the park will close for the day and guests who remain in the park and show proof of purchase will be able to claim return passes valid for another day this season. Return passes must be claimed before leaving the park. If the park re-opens after being closed for more than one hour, guests will have the option to remain in the park or choose a return pass for another day this season.

You can reschedule your passes by creating an account here. You can reschedule passes up to 24 hours before your booked time. You will have to create the account with the same email you used to purchase the passes. Be sure to check your email for the confirmation email. 

Once you get logged in, click on your profile icon to see “Your Orders” page. All of your passes will be listed here. The ones you are able to reschedule will have a “Reschedule” button next to them. You can reschedule for any other operational day this season, provided there is still availability.

Yes, you can purchase a Sandspit Season Pass or bundle your fun with a Slide & Ride Season Pass or Slide & Ride XL Season Pass.

Dogs are permitted provided they are well behaved and kept on a leash. Please be respectful of the park and of other guests by cleaning up after your pet.

Certainly! Sandspit has many picnic tables within the property as well as large shaded decks at The Pit Stop Canteen and Tilt-a-Whirl Treats. Alcohol is not permitted in the park under any circumstances.

Sandspit has a large, FREE, parking lot!

We are happy to now offer wheelchair rentals.  Please call us in advance at 902-963-3939 to book one. We do not offer stroller rentals at this time. 

Lockers are available near the ticket booth on a pay per use basis. The cost per use is $1.

All of the rides at Sandspit have restrictions based on height.

The restraints on all the other rides must be able to engage correctly. Because bodies come in all shapes and sizes and factors such as height and weight distribution also come into play, whether the restraints can engage correctly can only be determined on site with the assistance of a ride operator.

Absolutely! As long as you keep your bracelet on you can come and go as much as you please for the duration of the bracelet.

Yes, provided you use it in a safe manner on a non-flammable surface. Also, we have several propane BBQ's available for rental at a cost of $10.00 per hour. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

Guests must be 12 years of age or older to enter the park unaccompanied.  Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an individual 16 years of age or older.
