What’s Open in September?
September is upon us, and that means students are back in school and the crowds start to thin in Cavendish.
The attractions, restaurants, shops, and services at Mariner’s Cove Boardwalk are open going into September 2019, with some modified hours.

Attractions
- Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Wax World of the Stars, Mariner’s Cove Miniature Golf and Mariner’s Cove Mining Company are open daily 10:00 am – 6:00 pm starting September 3 until the 29, and open 10:00 am – 8:00 pm the weekends of September 7 – 8 and 14 – 15
- Crossfire Adventure Paintball will be open weekends 11:00 am – 6:00 pm in September and October
Restaurants
- Greco Pizza and Donair (including delivery) will be open September 2 – 8 from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- The Ship’s Company Pub and Galley will be open daily September 3 – 22 from 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EXTENDED ONE MORE WEEK! Open 11:30 to 8pm, Monday, Sept 23, then Wednesday to Sunday, September 29 (closed Tuesday, Sept 24)
- Subway will close for the season Monday, September 2
- Islands Frozen Yogurt will close for the season Monday, September 2
- BeaverTails Pastry will be open September 2 from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and September 3 – 15 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Seaside Café- We Proudly Serve Starbucks will be open September 2 – 8 from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Fashion and More
- McGregor and Currie Jewelry will close for the season Monday, September 2
- Cocoon Wellness Spa at the Beach will be open daily September 3 – 21 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Lisa Drader-Murphy will be open daily 10:00 am – 5:00 pm until September 15
