You have up until 12 hours in advance of your booked passes to reschedule your pass. So if your passes are for Friday at 10am, you have until Thursday at 10pm to decide if you want to reschedule. You will need to Create an Account to reschedule. If you do not reschedule by 10am, your passes remain valid for that day.
Maritime Fun Group reserves the right to close the park due to weather conditions. If the decision to close the facility is made prior to the facility opening for the day all guests with existing reservations will be notified by e-mail and SMS and be permitted to rebook. We will also post up to date information on our social media platforms.
In the event we are forced to close the facility in the middle of the operating day due to extreme weather and that weather persists for more than one hour the park will close for the day and guests who remain in the park and show proof of purchase will be able to claim return passes valid for another day this season. Return passes must be claimed before leaving the park. If the park re-opens after being closed for more than one hour, guests will have the option to remain in the park or choose a return pass for another day this season.
