Maritime Fun Group has hired two Co-op Education students this summer. Learn more about them and what they do here!
Erika Miller- Marketing Assistant
Erika is a Business student with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Prince Edward Island. This is her first Co-op work term.
She started her work with Maritime Fun Group at the beginning of April and has been up to many things since then. You’ll see her content featured on our multiple social media pages and hear her scripts on the radio this summer. She is also the person who is coordinating the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson event that Maritime Fun Group is hosting on June 20th, 2019 at Shining Waters Family Fun Park. Erika is also creating a customer satisfaction survey that will be launched this summer to our attractions.
Carter Matheson- Human Resources Assistant
Carter is a Business student at the University of Prince Edward Island. This is his first Co-op work term.
He started working with Maritime Fun Group mid-April and has been helping a lot with many things around the office. Carter is primarily assisting with the hiring and interview process for our summer staff. Once that process is complete, he is a liaison between Maritime Fun Group and the employees, communicating many things including weekly schedules. Carter is also completing staff data entry.
Erika and Carter are both looking forward to a busy summer and are excited to meet a lot of new people this summer. If you see them around, say hi!
